Shipping

We currently ship orders from Singapore. Available delivery options, shipping charges and estimated delivery times will be shown at checkout before payment.

Order Processing

We take care to prepare and pack each order carefully. Once your order has been prepared for delivery, you will receive a shipping confirmation from us.

Tracking

Tracking information will be provided when it is available for the delivery method used. Some delivery methods may not include tracking.

Delivery Delays

Delivery times are estimates and may occasionally be affected by courier delays, public holidays, weather or other circumstances outside our control.

Incorrect Address

Please check your shipping address carefully before placing your order. If you notice an error after ordering, contact us as soon as possible at joy@asosquare.com. We will do our best to help, but we may not be able to change the address once the order has been dispatched.
